Jordan Mooney, MSW, CAPSW
Executive Director, American Parkinson Disease Association- Wisconsin Chapter

Jordan started as the information and referral center coordinator for the American Parkinson Disease Association- Wisconsin Chapter in August 2014. In May 2016, she was promoted to executive director for APDA Wisconsin Chapter. She graduated from Indiana University- Bloomington in 2009 with her bachelor’s in social work (BSW) and from University of Wisconsin-Madison with her master’s  in social work (MSW) in 2011. Her concentration while at UW was in health, aging, and disability where she interned at William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital. She is a certified advanced practice social worker with the state of Wisconsin.

Teresa Mangin, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Mangin is a movement disorders trained neurologist specializing in the care of patients with Parkinson’s disease. She completed medical school and neurology residency at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. She went on to train in movement disorders at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU), a National Parkinson Foundation Center of Excellence, and the Portland VAMC. During her time at OHSU, she also completed the Human Investigations Program in clinical research. Dr. Mangin practiced at the Dean Clinic from 2010 to 2015, where she specialized in movement disorders and dementia, ran Dean’s Memory Assessment Clinic, and served as co-chair for the St. Mary’s Hospital Ethics Committee. Dr. Mangin joined the neurology department at UW-Madison in 2015 as a clinical assistant professor. In addition to movement disorders and dementia, Dr. Mangin has an interest in palliative care for these disorders and has completed the Palliative Care Education and Practice course through Harvard Medical School. She lives in Madison with her husband, two sons, and two daughters.
