American Parkinson Disease Association Volunteer Opportunities

People of all ages are welcome to volunteer for the Wisconsin Chapter of the APDA. We need event volunteers throughout the year. If you are interested in a one-time or once a year volunteer opportunity, please consider volunteering at one of the events below. If you are interested in long-term volunteering, please consider becoming a support group leader or board member.


Ongoing opportunities:

  • Support Group leaders: lead and facilitate support groups for families and people with Parkinson’s. Perfect for social work students!
  • Chapter Board members: become a board member and influence decisions for programs and funding for the Wisconsin Parkinson’s community.
  • Office help: help with clerical work such as mailings, updating resources information for statewide resource book, updating website as needed.
